NAPG Power Facilities

NAPG currently owns and operates six facilities in California. Two are located in Kern County, north of Bakersfield. These two plants use coal and by-products of local oil refineries for fuel. Each nominally generates 39 megawatts ("MW") of electricity.

The NAPG plants near Fresno, Sonora and Rocklin are biomass facilities that use agricultural and urban residues for fuel. These plants generate 25 MW, 20 MW and 25 MW respectively. NAPG's generation facility near Bluelake in Humboldt County uses wood waste from logging operations to generate 12 MW of electricity.

In addition, North American Power Group is currently building a 325 MW waste coal-fired power generation facility in Campbell County, Wyoming as part of a proposed series of generation facilities called Two Elk Energy Park.
